A sexually transmitted monster methodically hunts down it's teen-aged victims and fucks them to death. It sounds stupider than it plays out on screen. The execution of an idea is often more important that the actual idea itself. There is actually a very low body count in this movie, which is a welcome change. Most of the movie is about building suspense, which works for the most part. Basically this is "Creepypasta: the Movie." In fact, the monster does appear as a tall "slender" man at one point.
